• Prices are shown in AED and include VAT where applicable.
• Card details are processed by payment providers and are not stored in full on our servers.

4. Delivery Commitments

• Delivery timelines vary by seller, product type, and destination.
• Customers must provide accurate contact and address details.

5. Cancellation and Liability

• Cancellation may be possible before dispatch only.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events.

6. Give-Away Policy

• Any give-away, give-away coupon, give-away mission, or promotional reward offered on OVEI.ae is subject to availability, eligibility checks, and campaign rules.
• Participation in a promotion or completion of a qualifying action does not guarantee that a customer will receive any gift, item, reward, or promotional benefit.
