We deliver to all Emirates including: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Some remote areas may require additional time or charges.

2. Delivery Time (Realistic Commitment)

• Standard Delivery: 1–7 working days
• Delivery time depends on seller location and product type
• Made-to-order or customized items may take longer
• During promotions or holidays, delivery may be extended

As we are continuously improving our network, actual delivery dates may vary, but we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping cost is calculated based on:

• Product size, weight, and category
• Delivery location within UAE
• Seller’s shipping policy
• Promotional free shipping offers (when available)

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation
• Some items ship directly from merchants
• One order may arrive in multiple packages

5. Tracking & Updates

You will receive:

• Order confirmation by email
• Shipping notification when dispatched
• Tracking details whenever available

6. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Incorrect address or phone number
• Customer not reachable
• Weather or courier limitations
• Public holidays or peak seasons

7. Failed Delivery

• Courier will attempt re-delivery
• If unsuccessful, order may be returned to seller
• Additional charges may apply for re-shipping

8. Cash on Delivery (If Available)

Some sellers may offer Cash on Delivery. Availability depends on location and product value.
